Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion
Steps to delete your account inside the Hoty GF application:
- Open the Hoty GF mobile app on your phone.
- Navigate to your Profile tab (bottom right).
- Tap on Settings > Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation dialog and tap Confirm Delete.
Your profile will be immediately deactivated and hidden from search, calls, and discovery.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your mobile device, you can send an account deletion request directly to our security team:
Send an email with the following details:
- Registered Phone Number / Email ID
- User ID (UID) if available
What Data is Permanently Erased?
- Personal profile credentials (Name, Phone number, Email, DOB, Gender, Bio).
- Profile avatars, photos, and KYC verification documents.
- Chat history, message records, and media files.
- Device tokens, IP logs, and active session tokens.
Note: Non-personally identifiable invoice records (transaction receipts) may be retained for tax and legal compliance as mandated by applicable financial regulations.
