1. Virtual Coins â Consumable Digital Goods
âšī¸ Non-Refundable After Consumption: Virtual coins purchased on Hoty GF are digital consumable items. Once coins are credited to your account or spent on audio calls, video calls, or virtual gifts, they are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible.
We do not offer cash refunds for unspent coin balances simply due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with calling partners.
2. Failed Payment Transactions (Auto-Refund SLA)
If your bank account, UPI, card, or wallet was debited during a coin purchase but coins were not credited to your in-app wallet within 15 minutes:
- Automatic Gateway Reversal: The authorized payment gateway (Razorpay / BDPay / Bank) will automatically initiate a refund back to your original source account within 3 to 7 business days.
- Manual Assistance: If you wish to receive the coins instead of waiting for a bank reversal, email your Payment Screenshot and UTR/Transaction ID to support@hotygf.com. Our support team will verify and credit your coins within 24 hours.
3. Host Earnings & Withdrawal Policy
Verified Female Hosts and Creators can withdraw their eligible earned coins via authorized withdrawal methods (UPI, Bank Account, bKash, USDT):
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after passing automated anti-fraud security checks.
- Accounts involved in unethical behavior, illegal activities, or multi-accounting will have payouts frozen pending compliance review.
4. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Fraud
Filing false chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support desk will result in immediate permanent account banning and device blacklisting.
